“I needed some sunglasses and went to store 1181 (1785 Cobb Pkwy) and had the best service I could ask for. Ms Barbara Tutt was very helpful in getting me exactly what I needed. I was thankful she knew so much more than I did about my purchase as what I ended up with was perfect! She even removed the stickers on the lenses for me so I could use them right away. I appreciated that very much. Such a happy and pleasant person she is. On top of that, the prices were great.”

I love the clearance prices at this Walmart. Plus, they always have the items i'm looking for. They always have clean shopping carts as well.”

I will shop here for canned goods and charcoal. For this location the parking lot does not feel safe. While you might find a friendly cashier, you will not find any help inside the four walls of that building. Shopping here is an unavoidable nuisance.”
— Scott Andrews“. Every year, after Christmas, I go in to stock up on my all time favorite coffee ( Starbucks Holiday Blend K-Cups). Being that this location is the distance that it is from me (20 minutes, but the closest) - I called first to see if they have marked it down. I was told yes, it's marked down 75%, so, I got dressed and I went. Once I got to the store, I went straight to this coffee - 6 Boxes is all they had, so I grabbed them all. I saw an Associate in that department and asked her the price - she scanned it, it said $15.94. She said that it is showing this amount, but as you see that it is zeroed out, which she said means that it is clearanced and it is the end of the season for them, so they will not be ordering any more. She instructed me that once I got to the check out it should ring up with the 75% off, but if not to ask for a mgr and they will mark it down ($5). I got to check out, it came up regular price, I called the CSR over and I advised her of what I was told, this was on a Saturday Morning, she told me that they did not have a Manager on duty, so she could not assist me with the mark down. Then she stated that they had a meeting about the questions that customers would ask about the Christmas Mark Downs, and that this was one of the items that was discussed (Coffee) and that they would not be marked down. I stated that the grocery employee that I spoke to must have not been in that meeting, and how could they not be on the same page. I went back to locate the grocery associate and told her what was said to me, she was displeased also. But a manager not on duty - Really!! I was so disappointed that my valuable time was waisted, after calling before I went, and also asking the grocery associate who confirmed the mark down of the item. I called again on 01/06/26 before I went to lunch, spoke to an associate - told her what I have been dealing with, and she confirmed the mark down. So, I went on my 1 hr lunch break, the same 6 boxes were still on the shelf, so I grabbed them, spoke to an associate in the dept, she scanned, said that although they are not scanning on her scanner, that when I get to the check out they should scan the mark down price, if not ask for a mgr. Followed same procedures, same thing happened at the check out again, that CSR sent me over to the Courtesy Desk, they told me that seasonal groceries are not marked down. I requested a manager - again my valuable time. A manager was paged, but they did not come, they contacted the associate by phone to see what i wanted, asked the associate to take a picture of the item and send it to them, they immediately said no, and hung up. I requested a manager to COME to the service desk, they paged him - "Mark", and he called again, stated that he was coming up - guess what, I waited at least 25 minutes, Mark never showed up. It showed me how valuable I was as a customer, and again waisted time - needless to say my lunch hour. I chose to go at that time because I worked down the road about 10 minutes away, and because after i left that job, i had to go to my other job. You all should not give your customers the run around like that - you all should be on the same page.”
